In our country, many people often get neglected in many aspects. They don’t even know what is the issue, they just got betrayed. To give protection to those people we have our constitution where the rights are written. But people didn’t obey those rules all the time. Right here lies our duty. From our trust Kendriya Manav Adhikar Suraksha Sangathan, we try to provide and protect the common people of India through Human Rights.

Nowadays, India is suffering from issues like child labour, sexual exploitation, harassment of women and human oppression. Some influentials try to discriminate the poor and deprived class people through caste, creed, religion, poverty, child, gender, lineage. People are not getting basic amenities like food, shelter, drinking water, health, education, equality, justice, etc even after 72 years of freedom. Every citizen of India has the right to get a dignified life in addition to empirical and physical freedom. To provide these amenities we have our constitution planned for the executive, judiciary and legislature. To implement these in our practical life our Trust is always awake.

We have a constitution which is considered as the best one but it is also our utter disgrace that we are not getting the benefits from it. Even today, the citizen of India is not getting social, communal, economic and political justice. All of these are due to lack of awareness among the common people. Kendriya Manav Adhikar Suraksha Sangathan tries to resolve all pressing issues of India and work for the indigent, deprived and backward class of people.

Kendriya Manav Adhikar Suraksha Sangathan is a non-profitable, non-religious, non-political trust in Rajasthan.We are registered with Sub-Registrar under the Indian Trust Act and our registration number is 201703024400256. Our registered address is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Our date of registration is the 6th of December, 2017. We also have a unique ID of VO/trust and the number is RJ/2018/0218936.

We are here to promote the Human Rights Protection Act which was passed by the Indian Government in 1993. Implement this law in our lives and get the benefits from it for the sake of common people is our prime motto.
